What do I need to bring to my appointment?
Please bring along your outfit to get the perfect colour match. This can include your dress, bag, shoes or even a swatch of material. There are so many different shades and a picture of your outfit will not give an accurate example of the colour needed.
How does the hire process work?
Once you have chosen your headpiece we require a refundable deposit to confirm your booking. Upon collection of your headpiece your full hire price is required. On return and inspection of your headpiece your deposit will be refunded. We base the hire on a 3/4 day timescale but should you require longer for example a destination wedding further arrangements will be made to try to accommodate this.
Do I need an appointment to collect/return my headpiece?
Yes, upon your booking we will arrange with you a suitable day and time to collect and return your headpiece. We will always ensure that you collect and return with plenty of time either side of your event, we are flexible and always happy to accommodate dates and timescales for your special events.
